AQ Electric is proud to announce the successful completion of the Testing and Commissioning (T&C) scope for the Shabwa 53 MWp Solar PV Project in Yemen, in partnership with Electromecha International Projects L.L.C.
Our team has completed the assigned testing activities in accordance with the project’s technical requirements and international industry standards, contributing to the successful commissioning and energization of the plant.
The scope of work included, but was not limited to:
Complete AC & DC-side commissioning activities.
Earthing system resistance measurements.
MV cable complete testing activities including (VLF) testing.
Transformer oil dielectric breakdown testing.
Commissioning support during plant energization.
Additional testing and commissioning support as requested during the project.
